Summary
In "Madeline and the dog show," after Madeline gets the judge to allow her dog Genevieve into the snobby Paris Dog Show, the other dog owners still try to stop her mixed breed pooch from winning Best in Show. Madeline and Genevieve prove good breeding is a matter of character, not pedigree. In "Madeline's rescue," Madeline and her friends are heartbroken when the school board chairman sends away their beloved new dog Genevieve -- until an unexpected surprise in the night turns tears to cheers. Madelin shows that all creatures deserve to be treated with kindness
